Lake Michigan Construction & Roofing

After most recent storm that caused a severe damage to many homes in Holland, we were in need of a new roof. These guys stepped up, showed up, worked efficiently with my insurance company and installed a brand new roof in just one day. Very smooth operation. Great service.

I'm an OTR Truck Driver and saw on our local FB group that my home had been severely damaged in a storm in September of 2021. When I finally got home and saw the damage I was overwhelmed, how am I going to deal with State Farm, Roofers and a Siding Contractor when I'm hardly in Michigan? I talked to several Contractors but I just didn't feel comfortable with any of them and their time-line to start was months down the road. I happened to see a LMC truck and called the phone number and asked if they could take a look at my home in Baldwin. Al drove over the same day and took charge of the whole situation for me! The whole team treated me like family, AL would always answer the phone and discuss my concerns and help me understand the process. Marci jumped in and handled State Farm making sure they covered everything they were obligated to. I wanted to upgrade shingles so I wouldn't have to clean moss off my roof every year. Due to supply chain issues from COVID they weren't available at a single source but LMC made it happen. They had both roofs replaced in less than a week from start to finish. The crew took great care not to tear my yard up and didn't leave a single nail on the ground. On to the siding. State farm didn't want to replace all the siding, just one half of the house. LMC dealt with them and got the house and shed fully covered! Keep in mind I'm on the road and unable to participate in this process much. The LMC team took so much stress off of my shoulders and I really appreciate that. I live on a corner lot at the entrance to Star Echo Lake Association so it was important to me that my house looked perfect. Al suggested that I could wrap the windows and doors to really make it pop. Thanks for the suggestion Al, I love it and have received so many compliments. Sean and Marci put the plan together and got it done right. Again they didn't trash my yard and did a fantastic job. Sean even replaced one of my doors for me since I couldn't get back in town in time to do it myself. Sean, your metalworking skills are awesome, you are an artist. The Neighbors have all commented on how great a job you did. Thank you! Marci, thanks for all your hard work both at my home and especially with making sure State Farm coveted everything.
