This company is not big on safety for their drivers and the general public. My fiancé worked for this company and they made him drive with an unsafe load that was already falling apart without assisting him. He informed them that he was uncomfortable driving the load and no one was taking him seriously. He then called Corporate and informed them that their safety regulations were not being followed, then they fired him. This company needs to do a better job with safety for their CDL Drivers and the general public. I have no comment on customer service or their products.
Akosya French - Safety is and has always been a top priority of Rosen Materials. What you did not state in your comment is that your fiance failed to properly secure his load and that is why the material he was hauling became a hazard. He used a single strap instead of two which is a DOT requirement. After his incident another driver was dispatched to help recover and secure his load properly. He was then ASKED if he felt that he could make it back to the shop and HE made the decision to drive back to the shop. Every driver has the right to refuse unsafe loads this is stated very clearly in your fiance DOT handbook. Your fiance's is solely responsible for his own actions and please remember, defamation is punishable by law. Also, the staff is friendly and their prices are very competitive.
