I am so incredibly impressed With this company! The owner Kevin was quick and efficient! I needed an inspection done for Eversource to turn on my service at my new business site and I needed it done quickly. Kevin came out the next day. He had the inspection done quickly and had Carol ( who is equally if not even more incredible) send my letter for Eversource just as fast! Their price was fair and reasonable. I even needed a revision in the letter, they handled it swiftly and with ease. They have gained a permanent customer! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again soon!!!
Fair pricing guys are professional don’t have any complaints they have done a great job with my older homes 200 amp service upgrade the panel looks great wires were cleaned up and ran together neatly i will continue to call them for anything that I am unable to do my self A+ for carols customer service
I called KSB Electric for the first time this week for a problem with my kitchen light, and that was the best choice I could have made. First off, a very friendly team member, Carol, scheduled my appointment. Next, Tommy arrived the very next day right on time, diagnosed my problems quickly, and in less time than I expected had all of the problems solved, all at a reasonable cost. He also answered all of my questions and did an excellent job with clean-up! I was more than satisfied with KSB, will definitely not hesitate to call them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a skilled electrician.
