I could have swore I've already put a five-star rating on here but I go back and look and it never showed up so I'll do it again. I would give this company a 6 start if possible. Let me tell you this company is absolutely amazing they showed up to my house on an emergency service call about my breaker panel at about 7 pm. Very fast in responding to my call in, was here in less than 45 min. They are very respectful and very professional and did an amazing job. They came out the very next morning and replaced my whole breaker panel for me. I highly recommend these guys to anyone and will be using this company in the future for any of my needs. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism from Knees electric. From booking the appointment to my technician, everyone was very kind and professional. Upon arrival, Chris my technician, immediately put booties on to protect my floors which was more than appreciated. He figured out the issue and had my outlets powered back up quickly. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and followed the appointment up with an email of the service including pictures. I will definitely recommend Knees Electric and use them again in the future.
