I can't express how happy I am with Key Heating and Cooling. We had them installed 2 mini-split units in our house. From beginning of the process to the end of the install, they made sure I was satisfied with the work and answered all my questions. Jon DeSisto was very patient with me and accommodated my extra paperwork requests. He made me feel at ease choosing Key as my provider. The crew that did the install was amazing. Seth, Will, Max and Seth were very professional throughout the install. They did an AMAZING job hiding the line set underneath the overhang of my house. Very courteous, friendly and easy going. I am very happy with Key. Overall I would give Key and their staff a five star rating

THIS is the company to call when you need help! Our furnace was on the fritz over the weekend and wasn’t going to last much longer. A call to a different company Sat night, who advertised 24 hour service, yielded no response until Mon morning. A call to my regular guy also had no callback until late afternoon Mon but by then, as the furnace function grew worse, I had moved on to cold calling different companies. Most required you to be a customer, so couldn’t come. When I reached out to Key, despite not being a customer (we are now!), booked me for an after hours visit and Petey came right on time! He was super personable, knowledgeable, answered our questions, and fixed us right up! A huge shout out to them for taking folks outside of their clients! I didn’t realize this was such a thing! Because of this, they are now our service company! Great folks to work with!

Pete is great. Prompt, friendly, accurate. He explained all work to be done, reviewed before and after work. Answered all questions regarding maintenance and pipes. The best! On the membership plan no charge for this service today.
