Kelley Mechanical installed our system new about 4 years ago. When I called for a system check up they told me that they had quit doing residential work and were doing commercial work exclusively. We had to replace our heat pump of 14 years and had quotes from at least 10 different vendors. We met Kelly at the home show and had them come out to give us a quote. Very impressed with their customer service and pricing. We compared units across multiple companies and were very happy with what Kelly was able to do. We really liked the family owned company and they addressed problems from the original install by the builder. They were willing to give references (and was the only company willing to do so ) and were professional and through on the install. They also went out of their way to teach and educate about what they were doing so we would be informed. Very happy with them and would highly recommend them to others.
