If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! I have never worked with a company so professional. They stayed in communication throughout the entire process, returned calls when they said they would, and were excellent communicators from start to finish. When the two young men arrived to complete the work, they were extremely respectful. They removed their shoes, asked permission to use the restroom, and cleaned up after themselves. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and a joy to have in our home. This company may be slightly more expensive than others, but they are absolutely worth it. The job was done correctly the first time, and it was refreshing to have workers in our home who truly respected it. I will not be using anyone else for personal or business!! Had Alex come out hook up my spa at our new house. It was a breeze setting up the appointment and he showed up on time. Alex was very pleasant went to work right away. The job was completed and he showed me his work before buttoning up the spa. Works beautifully!!!!

I called Keely after our original electrician ghosted us on a fireplace insert repair and another company said they weren’t able to do the work. I woke with Alex and he was quick to get us scheduled with Jordan. When Jordan stopped by, he was professional and knew how to solve the problem. Not only did he fix the original issue, but he double checked the wiring on the back of the unit and noticed there was a small issue with the wiring nut. He fixed both issues and did a test drive of the unit while he was here to make sure no issues popped up. Jordan answered our questions and addressed our concerns. We are super excited to have a working fireplace again. We were super stressed out about having to replace this unit and Keely fixed it. Keely will be our new go to for future needs.
