I use KB Electric for the first time yesterday to have a new ceiling fan installed and take the old one down! It was very easy to schedule the appointment and I received a text from KB Electric when Dave was on his way and I also received a phone call from Dave giving me his time of arrival! Dave was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had the new ceiling fan installed in record time! I asked if he could give me a recommendation of what to purchase to replace two old exhaust fans in my bathrooms which he did! Dave also had enough time at my request to replace a faulty switch in my basement! Dave also mentioned that his company provides a free service to inspect the circuit panel box and electrical outlets that are within 6 feet of water and I promptly agreed to this inspection and received a report if there were any concerns and a thorough explanation by Dave ! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend KB electric for your electrical service needs in your home! I will definitely be calling to have the bathroom exhaust fans installed!

Before arriving, he sent his estimated arrival time along with a photo of himself so I knew exactly who would be coming to my door which I truly appreciated. Once he arrived, he introduced himself and took the time to listen carefully while I explained the issues. He thoroughly inspected the problems and successfully repaired the lights in my son’s bedroom, the guest room, and the hallway. His work was efficient and done with great attention to detail. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and informative Chris was. He educated me on several electrical components in my home that may need to be replaced or repaired in the future. Upon their timely arrival, they explain the service(s) and anticipated expense for completion, are thorough when they review the site/the project and ensure all safety precautions are taken.
