From first call to install the experience was great. I first spoke to Trey on a Thursday about an AprilAire E080 whole home dehumidifier to reduce condensation on my windows and the install was complete the very next Tuesday. Trey was knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities and he went out of his way to verify that I was getting the proper solution for my issue. It does exactly what he said it would do and the unit is very high quality. The technicians came out early and did a very clean job installing the unit. They had foot covers they wore in the house and they left no mess. Overall very pleased.

Kaiser technician came out after hours while I had a 58° house, he quickly diagnose the problem. He explained my options and at least got me a functional furnace for the night.
