This review is for the two people that I had the pleasure of interacting with at K&O Electric. After receiving the request from my management, Brandy promptly called and left a message for me. Once I was able to return her call, she was thorough in receiving necessary details for the repair. Within a few days, Zach arrived at my apartment home and assessed the requested repair. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him attending to the service request. I truly appreciate the representatives that offered me such exemplary service at K&O Electric and would recommend!

Had a problem with my AC. K.O. came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me their recommendation. Decided to obtain second opinions and ended up doing repair myself. Repair was relatively simple. Contacted management about my concern that the issue was such a simple repair. Management was extremely courteous and offered to refund my service fee. Thank you K.O. for doing the right thing!

Excellent! From the moment John came to my house, listened as I explained what I wanted done. I just bought portable generator & wanted it wired to my house power grid. He then gave me a detailed explanation of what needs to be done to complete the project. Gave great estimate. In a couple of days Jon came in to do installation. At one point while he was in the process of attaching outdoor Gen plug, I asked him if he could drill holes for me on my brick sided house for my flag after he was done. He just stopped what he was doing, & said "It is my pleasure and an honor to hang your flag for youasked for the bracket, asked where I want the flag hung......he fastened the bracket & for the first time in over 2 yrs OLD GLORY is flying high in front of my home again! Thanks Jon. The interlock kit/plate did not come in on time for original install date but Zack came to install and complete the job. He was also thorough in explaining how gen works(my 1st genset) in conjunction w/ home grid. Step by step. He followed & made sure I things were done correctly. What a crew. Yes will definitely go back for electrical problems & will recommend them w/ no hesitations.
