I realized at 5 pm on a Sunday that my septic tank was backed up causing all the nastiness to back up into the house. I called K-John and was relieved at how easy they made the process. By 6 pm Ricky was at my home and we started to dig up the access points for the tank, this dude did not take a break even after moving what seemed like 10 yards of dirt to get where he needed to be, never fussing, never bitching just kept reassuring me that they would take care of my issue. Ricky kept at it and had the tank all cleaned out around 845 pm. At 9 pm Ricky collected payment shook my hand and thanked me for doing business with them. I couldn't imagine doing this kind of business with anyone else. Thank you Sam, Ricky, and everyone else at K-John for showing up and showing out.

Two guys from k-Jon came over to my house in the same day I called them. They fixed my clogged double kitchen sink in less than 15 minutes! One of the guys explained everything to me and what I can do to help the issue next time. The best part was I got to finish washing my dishes!! Thank you!

K-Jon came and pumped my mechanical sewer and did a good job. Very friendly and competent. I discovered a leaking Aerator line and the rest of the story isn't good.
