Shea did a knockout job! Our apartment complex has a lot of old pipes and big issues. We had a kitchen sink, a bathroom sink and a toilet all backed up in three different units. She was able to clear out all of these in less than half a day and also went to a separate property for us. I was impressed with his efficiency, his professionalism and his drive to resolve our issues. Five out of five stars would highly recommend. We’ll have them back out for future work.

The technician spent 3 hours at my house on a Sunday, then returned with the ordered part the following Friday. He got the work done beautifully! He was polite, respectful, professional, as were the folks at the company who answered the phone. They always answer the phone! You speak to a human. The company did everything to make sure the work schedule fit my schedule - they kept me up to date all week. I felt that the fee was fair, too. I recommend this company!

This is an awesome company! Like most homeowners, I’ve dealt with good contractors and bad ones. This company is one of the very best! Communication was awesome, no surprises, great quality of work, and just an overall nice experience! We chose to redo our first floor bathroom tub/shower with a walk-in shower and enjoyed selecting our tile, glass doors, fixtures to our taste. We have an identical bathroom upstairs but upgrading to a newer tub/shower - we will 100% be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing for that project as well! Michael Rodgers was our project manager, and we plan to request him specifically.
