Julian Heat & Air went above and beyond for my family! Knowing Jason personally, he has always been reliable and compassionate at everything he does. It was no surprise that his team is just as committed to quality, comfort, and integrity. Garland came over to diagnose everything; he was very nice, informative, and efficient at his job. Ralph and his team worked hard at installing the new unit. (I apologize for not remembering everyone’s names.) The attention to detail and the hard work was greatly appreciated! They were all very helpful at explaining things and getting it installed in a timely manner. The ladies in the office were super helpful. I was able to get financing with a down payment, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! The whole team made it quick and painless, and they did a beautiful job. During the weather event in Jan 2026, my 94 year old aunt’s heat pump stopped working after having a 9 degree low on Friday night. We called Julian on Saturday morning and had Garland come out within 1-1/2 hours. He was very personable which put my aunt at ease. He detected the problem and had her heat pump running asap. I highly recommend this company!
