One of my favorite things about this company is the fact they give an hour time window instead of the 4-6hrs you get with most home repair/service places. 1st class professional. Judale replaced my 26 yo rusted out A/C with a heat pump. Arrived prepared promptly as promised, works very hard, never complains, knows exactly what he is doing (even when encountering problems with old wiring in my 52 yo condo). I luv the new unit.
