My furnace stopped working about 3 days ago and we've been using space heaters. We reached out to four companies and no one got back to us so we were kind of in a jam. We called and spoke with Natalie who was a very soft-spoken nice young lady and we spoke with Jackie and was a very delightful woman. The Tech David Cannon did a very careful and thorough inspection of our furnace and he found a bird. The entire job cost $159 and I'm satisfied with their work

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They showed up to my house after we called them to service our HVAC unit! After telling us we needed over 2k in repairs we decided we were going to go ahead and get the service done. After calling multiple times to schedule an appointment they never even bother calling us back! what a BLESSING that was! We ended up finding another company who did the same work for 700 dollars without even charging us for the inspection. They reviewed the previous quote provided by this company and told us all of the things listed were unnecessary. Our unit has been running great since the repair from the other company. I wanted to warn people to stay away from this company! Horrible customer service!
