Joe's Roofing Reno

We had some shingles blow off in the wind. We had rain coming and got nervous. They offered to tarp it and do an emergency temp repair for a fee. I was going to pay the fee but they actually recommended it save my money as it wasn't necessary. I felt good they had my best interest at hand before I hired them for anything. So I got 3 bids. They were the most expensive but just barely. Given the trust they showed up front and the speed at which they said they could finish it decided to hire them. They showed up on time, needed nothing, totally self reliant, and they cleared up before they left. They stated and finished exactly on time. It's an Airbnb so time was money so i appreciated the schedule was true. 5 stars and I'll use them again on the next house. Oh and they painted the whirlbird to match and pulled the correct permits from the city as well.

I had Joe’s bid and complete a more complicated re-roofing job. There were some hiccups along the way and some unexpected challenges for sure, but Joe and his crew were able to work around each issue as they came. If I were to have a complaint regarding my time with Joe’s, it would be minor at most. We had some damage to a few plants from falling shingles (it happens), and there was some damage to my brand new cement patio (but Joe moved heaven and earth to address and fix the damage). I appreciated Joe being accountable to these concerns and taking care of them, unlike other contractors I’ve worked with in the past who try and pass the buck or point fingers. Much appreciated! I’ll be sure to use Joe’s again for my garage in the next year or so!

I was so happy with Joe’s roofing. There are a lot of roofers and choices in Reno but now I’ve gotten a roofing company that I trust and I know they work hard and their prices are very fair. They will be responsible and we set up an appointment to have our roof checked on our new home that we just purchased and ended up doing what they call a roof tuneup. I felt way better about the roof now and when we need to put a new roof on, there’s no doubt who I’m going to choose and that will be Joe’s roofing. I think you’ll be just as happy as we were.
