Joe Hurley recently replaced our heating and air conditioning system. In over 40 years as a homeowner, this was the easiest and most pleasant project we ever did. From the initial meeting with Bob, the Staff Engineer who did the estimate to the complete installation - everything went smoothly with no surprises. The price was excellent and the estimate was detailed, clear, and easy to understand. Bob is super pleasant and answered all my questions. The system he recommended is perfect! The installers were very careful with the house and answered all my questions. The workmanship of the installation is outstanding. Bob recommended the perfect system for our home and we could feel the improved performance immediately. The company is totally responsible and professional and we are completely happy we chose Joe Hurley to replace our HVAC system.

Very disappointed. We went with Joe Hurley because we like to use local. They had to return 3 times to fix what they said was the actual Lennox unit. We also told them an outlet and light didn’t work after they left. They insisted it was not them however an electrician immediately found where they cut through ceiling and had cut the wire and taped it up. I called to explain what electrician found and was told management would get back to me. One week later they have not nor acknowledged their mistake!!! Very disappointed!!!
