I called last week and had a delightful conversation with Chrissy who lined up my appointment to do a back flow inspection. I called her this morning and added a couple of things which she said they could take care of during the appointment. Noah, the service tech, was courteous and efficient and did all the repairs we wanted. The cost was reasonable and I will call them next time I need a plumber. A very pleasant experience!

Referred to Jimmy's by my handyman. Setting up the appointment was easy. The woman I spoke with was helpful, friendly, and explained what I should expect for my issue and the visit. Informed me the day before that they might be a little late because of stops they need to make, but I was still the first customer. When they arrived, they immediately saw the issue with my water heater, brought supplies so they were prepared to address the issue. Explained the steps in their process and broke down the costs in advance, which required one person vs. 2 people. Estimated the job would be 2 hours. They were done in less than 90 minutes. Explained what they did, found some other minor issues, looked at my garbage disposal at my request, made recommendations for a future visit, and they were done! Great customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Jimmy's was recommended to me. I was very pleased with the response time and the service. The two gentlemen were polite and efficient. I had an under the house water leak. When trying to turn off the water under the house I broke off a turn off and water was spraying everywhere. I turned off the water pump. Whole process took one hour. I am thankful for their service.
