Our experience with Jimmy Gusky Heating & Air LLC was extremely disappointing. The technician arrived late, barely explained the problem, and rushed through the repair. Within days, the same issue returned, leaving our home without proper heating. Multiple follow-up calls and messages were ignored, and no one took responsibility. We eventually had to hire another HVAC company to diagnose and fix the problem correctly. What should have been a simple service call turned into wasted time, extra expense, and a lot of unnecessary stress.

Quick to respond when help was requested and provided same-day service. Carlos quickly diagnosed the issue (blown 3 amp fuse) and replaced the bad part. Issue resolved in less than 20 min and we have heat again. Price was totally reasonable. Couldn’t be happier! Recommend and will use again!
