Best auto shop in Portland! Very good communication, got me scheduled quickly and was able to finish what I needed in a day's work. My rig is a 2005 and drives like she's brand new now! Dishonest mechanic. Took a car for pre inspection and this is what I got in the report. Inaccurate info and not how a PPI should look like. Waisted 2 hrs and $150 He’s asking the buyer to check engine, brakes and so on??? So what’s your job and point of inspection

These are skilled, honest and scrupulous mechanics. Jerry and Miles @ Jay's Garage worked hard to price cost the car parts I needed to work out an extremely affordable rate-- no arbitration, no haggling. They went to great lengths to try to save me money, even calling manufacturers on my behalf to try to honor warranties on inadequate parts. I'm puzzled that this neighborhood shop doesn't have more reviews. They've got my future business and trust; they're amazing, friendly guys with great communication who help you understand what went wrong, they talk straight (no embellishment, no exaggeration) and they definitely want to stand behind their workmanship. I like the commitment to their customers, I'll be back, thanks!
