No communication. We had a deck completed by Tyler last year and have had some issues with the quality (paint peeling off railings) and he has completely ignored us all summer after saying it would be fixed. Text, call, and email with no replies at all.

Tyler and John came up last Summer and installed a Fiberon Deck in the back of our house over looking our newly planted back yard . This summer they ( Tyler, John, Ethan and Josh ) replaced our old existing 31 year old deck on two sides of our home and butted it up to our new deck from last summer , it was a 3 week project . It was a big job with lots of angles following the layout of our original deck. We couldn’t be any happier with the quality of their construction and their eye for detail. Tyler and his amazing crew were a pleasure to work with ! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ! Thank you Jade Contractors !!

Tyler and his crew are top notch and amazing!!! Had a water leak in our mechanical room and called the other people google listed for water mitigation for Fairbanks....ughhh...like almost everything here, leave a message and/or no answer at all. We need help now!!!! Tyler answered the phone and said he would be right out. In under two hours he had equipment drying and a mitigation plan. He even handled the insurance paperwork!!!! I have also seen their work around town in other businesses. Simply put, these are your go to contractors for your home/business construction needs!!!!
