Absolutely love Jacksonville heating and Air. They came out today, clean my filthy air conditioner, and got it ready for the summer. I love the fact that they will remind you when it's time to have your heating or air conditioning serviced, takes the load off me.

Great Customer service. The technicians that came out to my house were very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand my system. After the service was complete they offered me financing on my repairs. The charges were fair priced and I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs HVAC repairs or replacement. Edited 02/08/24 The tech that was reviewed previously no longer works for this company.

They installed new system in 2017. Still under warranty. Called two times over past 7 days and left messages--without air. Text on call tech. No reply. Finally called Airmasters and they came out and repaired. Will have to pay for repair. Initial install was good, except they forgot to install new thermostat. Service response, even though it was holiday weekend and following week was poor.
