We had a new unit put in along with duct work being replaced under our house and everything is working better then ever! Hunter Mowers and Chris Conner did a great job the 3 days they were here getting the job done and communicating with us. They even worked late the last day to make sure the system was running when a part on the new unit failed no fault of theirs. They went above and beyond to get our ac going. Highly recommend this company and those guys!

A power outage caused my thermostat to malfunction. I called Jackson at 6:30 in the morning, fully expecting to get an automated response. Imagine my surprise when a real person answered! By 9:30, the technician, Seth Morris, was at my home. He was polite, thorough, and professional. He explained what was going on and corrected the issue immediately. I recommend Jackson Services without reservation. They're the best!

I call Jackson to get a quote on installing a water heater that was leaking at my house. They came out we’re here for 15 minutes and gave me a price of over $2700 for a standard 50 gallon tank. I told them I would let them know since this was a quote and called someone else who was $1000 cheaper for the exact same tank and installation. I later received a bill from Jackson for $95 for giving me a quote! This is ridiculous. I thought they were a reputable company, but apparently they’re not. I could never recommend them and would definitely never use them again.
