My furnace died on Friday. I called JW HVAC and Jerone was at my house within an hour and a half. He assessed the situation and informed me that I needed a new furnace. He said he could fix the motor but wouldn't know if there were other issues until they could get the motor going. (My old furnace was 25 years old) I appreciated his honesty. I asked him when the furnace could be replaced and he said the following Tuesday or perhaps even as early as Sunday. He called around on Saturday to see if you could get the parts and informed me that it could indeed be done on Sunday. He arrived on time and he and his coworker worked for 7 and 1/2 hours straight to install my new furnace. They were extremely efficient, informative and left the furnace area clean of any debris. I would highly recommend H.W. HVAC! Thank you Jerone!

Jerome provided phenomenal service. He was thorough, efficient and informative. I live in a second floor condo in a three-decker building and it only took two days to completely disconnect and uninstall my old HVAC equipment, including rooftop AC compressor, and install and hook up a brand new one. Everything works great. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Jerone was professional, punctual and communicated extremely well. His proposal for replacing our gas furnace after 25 years was extremely reasonable. The thing that impressed me was the excellent reviews.He also noticed that there was an exhaust leak on our hot water heater and he repaired the exhaust vent at no charge. Jerone
