Italmoda Furniture

I found my full leather chesterfield style couch with a sofa bed thru a distributor who had links to retail stores where I could purchase it. Of all of the furniture places in my area Gary at Italmoda had the best pricing all around. Purchasing at Italmoda was easy and they have a fantastic delivery set up service. About a month or so in, I noticed a minor snafu with the zipper on one of the cushions. I reached out to Gary and he handled the whole thing for me. I sent him the cushion and he sent out a replacement straightaway. I super appreciate him going out of his way to remediate the issue. Now everything is resolved and I am enjoying my beautiful couch. Thank you!!

I am a very happy multi purchase client for Italmoda. The staff are just incredible to work with and go the extra mile or more to satisfy customers. My sectional couch has withstood the test of time and three cats, still looking great. I recently purchased a new recliner, Fjords, to go with a previously purchased recliner also from Italmoda/ Bassett. The pair of chairs completes my now fabulous sitting area. I highly recommend this establishment!!!

I bought a Calligaris dining room set as well as a storage sofa bed from Italmoda Furniture in Nashua. The shopping experience there was wonderful - they actually went and moved several pieces of furniture around to actually see how my chosen pieces would look together. The sales person Derek helped me with the design and I am now using the design ideas recommended by him in my family room! He was very helpful and patient. Upon delivery, I noticed that one of the chairs had a minor dent on a leg. I called Italmoda store and they asked me to email pictures of the issue to their customer service. They did not even ask me one single question - their reply was simple: we will replace it; you will be contacted to with a delivery date. The replacement was quick and hassle-free. A great experience and I now have an Italian dining set! I've only had it for a couple of weeks so I cannot comment on long term quality, but so far so good!
