Young man named Dawson King arrived promptly for appointment. He gave a concise assessment of the problem and explained how he was going to solve it. Very good communication. Dawson was efficient and did very clean work. In addition, the company was very accommodating. The young lady I spoke with on the phone was able to get me a next day appointment forst thing in the morning after hearing about the water leak. She said my timing was impeccable, but I think she went the extra mile, too, to help me out. Dawson even called me the night before to get a good idea of what the job involved. He walked me through ensuring water was shut off properly in preparation for the repair. I recommend this plumbing company. It is solid, seems dependable, and has integrity. And, they go above and beyond to help out a homeowner beside himself with a water leak!!

I recently had a leak repaired by Ira Hansen and Sons plumbing. I had called on a saturday and they were able to come out on monday to give me a quote and they were able to do the work that same day. Dawson was our plumber and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to me. I thought the price was very affordable and reasonable. I was super stressed out about this leak in my kitchen drain but Dawson did such a wonderful job. He was so fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company! They were so great!

Steve and Cody were amazing, they worked on our water shut off valve. I was super nervous because it has leaked before but they were quick and efficient, super polite. We were going to do pavers but they informed us over time they would shift so we went with concrete. However they could've just given us what we wanted and not educated us which saved us time in the long run. Definitely holding onto their card for future work. Thank you!
