Jadon from Interstate 25 Mechanical did an outstanding job getting our steam humidifier and furnace back in top shape. Jadon was extremely thorough, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire service visit. He performed a deep cleaning on the furnace, carefully diagnosed the issues, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right. Our old boiler in 40 years went out in January 2025. Not a good time to be without heat. We called Interstate 25 and they were there the next day. They got the old boiler out and a new boiler installed in a very timely fashion. for that I was very grateful. Fast forward to last Saturday night. I turn the boiler off over the summer. I turned it on Saturday night but nothing happened. All the bells and whistles on the boiler or working, But no heat. I did go to the thermostat, manually open the zone valves, and flip the power switch on the boiler on and off several times. Nothing. I called Ramsey Monday morning and explained the situation. He was here Tuesday morning promptly at 8 o’clock. The new thermostats have an off on switch. Last spring I switched all the thermostats to off. I did not remember doing that. Ramsey came in and turned them all on and the heat worked just fine. He was very professional about it. He also demonstrated extreme patience. Some thing I would not have had in that situation. He laughed it off and left. The moral of the story- m as good of company is Interstate 25 is , they cannot fix stupid.!!!! I highly recommend them.

The furnace in the shop was not working this morning. The owners of the building called I-25 Mechanical. Jadon came to the shop promptly and we had heat very quickly. I would recommend I-25 Mechanical. Jadon knows his stuff. Todd Clark High Peak Fabrication
