We purchased an older home in Auburn that had pre-existing heat pumps which had not been checked or cleaned since before we moved in. Jesse came to our home from Integrity. He did a fine job cleaning, inspecting, and tuning the two Hi2 heat pumps outside our home. He did likewise for the six units on the walls within rooms of our home. Two of them needed a deep cleaning. He took those two apart and outside for that deep cleaning. He got up on a ladder to check the drains and other external tubing for units on the second floor. Jesse cleaned up inside and out to the extent that nobody would have known he was here. He moved right along and all this work took him barely over two hours. We will definately have Integrity back again!

The professionalism and work ethic of the group and Integrity Services of Maine is like no other. From the very start, Bill and his team were responsive to any question asked and had patience with us if we needed to have further clarification on items. They took time to make sure we understood the process and that we were fully satisfied with the entire job. When the heat pump was hooked up and didn't start, Bill and his team made sure to explain what was happening and replaced the faulty pump the very next day. We look forward to working with Integrity Services again in the spring as we complete our build. You won't be disappointed in their product or service!
