I cannot say enough good things about Independent Power. If a ten-star rating were available, I would give them 10 out of 10 without hesitation. I recently purchased two premium Lennox Signature Series furnaces with matching heat pumps, and the entire experience—from the sales professional (Forrest) through installation and final punch-list completion—was outstanding. In an industry where you often make a major purchase and then hold your breath, hoping everything goes right, Independent Power operates on an entirely different level. They are not your typical sloppy HVAC contractor. Their workmanship is impeccable. The installation was clean, precise, and extremely detail-oriented. Every member of the team was professional, engaged, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work—and that culture clearly translates into the quality of the finished product. Reza and Tom handled our installation, and what impressed me most was how they responded to an unexpected issue. These are new, high-tech Lennox systems, and when problems arose that could not be immediately resolved, they spent an entire day troubleshooting. When it became clear the issue could not be corrected on the spot, they removed both units and replaced them outright—no questions asked. No delays, no finger-pointing, no excuses—just accountability and doing the right thing. This experience stood in sharp contrast to a prior HVAC replacement I went through a few years ago, which resulted in more than a month of delays during the heat of summer while the installer and manufacturer went back and forth before finally approving a replacement. Independent Power handled a similar situation with professionalism, decisiveness, and genuine respect for the customer’s time and comfort. We recently gave our display building a new look and with that we added lights in the soffits. Josh did an amazing job helping me plan things out with the placement and type of lighting. Jadon and Kael did a phenomenal job on the installation and were super helpful with any questions I had. The building looks amazing with the new lighting and I will be using these guys again on any future projects.
