My 31 Unit condos purchased an Intellihot less than 2.5 years ago. It hasn't worked properly since installation. After several days of no hot water, Hydrotemp came to our property and then was able to refer us to a Professional Master Plumber who is certified in Intellihot. It was exactly what we needed.
