Unprofessional. Blocking another business’s entrance. No notice, no request. Do not hire them. Don’t do business with them. Find a better option. Doing work at Subway on Powell and SE 12th.

Last week, under the direction of CMI, Hunter-Davisson started installation process of a new boiler in the basement of the condominium which I reside. I reported the below security violations to on 7/23. The following day, our lock was off and doors taped again. I called HD and spoke with Tanner. He addressed my concerns, said that their project managers were in a meeting, but would return my call. My call was never returned. I did, however document and make reports of our lock off 7/25, 7/28 and 7/31. I'm scared in my home and need this resolved.

Love your business, but when your company decides to have a business party at Pier Park, why are your guests leaving their trash in the street? This is embarrassing and unacceptable. Please send someone to pick this up. It's on James Street.
