John is actually my neighbor and I know him personally, really good guy and also very professional. I had an emergency situation with a leaking shower and he came immediately and fixed it. The parts were out of stock but they still handled everything. I have had bad experiences with plumbers in NY before, with high costs and poor work, but this was completely different. They were punctual, fixed the drain, shower head and faucet all at once. I felt comfortable and safe, they were very pleasant and reasonably priced.

Had an emergency situation and was dealing with a shower that had out of stock parts. I have had nightmare experiences in NY with plumbers - cost and bad work. They were punctual, also fixed the drain, shower head and faucet while there. I felt safe and they were so pleasant, and reasonable. I am having my building use them as the go to emergency company.

We’ve used them a couple times now for our retail store. It’s amazing what people will flush down a toilet… but they are fast and thorough at solving these types of problems. Would recommend! :)
