Amazing customer service. Was able to get same day appointment for my heat that hadn’t been working for weeks. Several techs from other companies came by and couldn’t fix it. Only took Ray 10 minutes and he found the issue. Definitely using them again!

The only positive of working with this company was Stephanie being kind on the phone in coordinating this fiasco, so 2 stars instead of one. I paid $278 to have someone come look at a heating system not working and tell me that I needed a new one, which is the exact situational assessment I told them when asking them to come fix it. They then send the worst-communicating subcontracting electrician I've ever encountered, who thought nothing of leaving my wall in such a terrible state without consulting me (shame on me for not triple-checking his intention to install a 6 foot heater where a 7 footer would otherwise have been, as Lord knows he didn't tell me!), see the attached picture. I am told it's because he'd have had to upgrade my wiring, and decided for me that that was the wrong route. You'd think that someone doing work on one's house would consult the homeowner on key decisions like this before just doing them and saying "well at least you have heat", but perhaps I'm asking too much. This heater cost me another $550 on top of the $278 to tell me I needed it in the first place. To their credit, they offered to have me pay another $99 assessment fee to have yet another subcontractor come out and check out the damage and see what it'd cost for him to fix it. If another heater kicks the bucket, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
