In response to our call, HomeServe sent a repairman within 2 hours on a very, very cold day. He methodically and carefully checked our system with a calmness that surprised me. After about 15-20 minutes, he decided that we need a new pump; which he installed within minutes and showed us the faulty pump which we took with him. I have nothing but praise for the HomeServe service that we received on that freezing-cold morning. I assume that the service charges were included in our HomeServe contract (which I recommend).
