Nice folks. They installed this door three times: Once, it wouldn’t close. Twice it wouldn’t open all the way. The photos are the next day of the third installation. Could it be the new door was warped prior to installation? A new Arctic grade seal seems to have stopped the air flow. Hopefully this fix will hold. If not, I am assured Hoffer will make it right. They never made it right. I had to hire someone else. The other contractor pointed out some things that should have never happened.

Needed the glass replaced and it was ordered and scheduled a time to install and showed up then and we're very efficient with their time. Seemed it went quickly and smoothly. Appreciate the good work. Have used Hoffer Glass for a long time. Best acquainted with Terry and Rory before and now with Ryan. Great service,
