I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Hilo Aire. From start to finish, Chris, Scott, and their entire crew were absolutely incredible. I originally had three other HVAC companies out for estimates, and they all told me the same thing: it was 'physically impossible' to get air into certain areas of my home due to our unique layout. Hilo Aire was the only team that didn't just give up. They used incredible creativity and custom duct design to find a solution that none of the big-box companies could even conceptualize. Most conscientious and honest trade I’ve ever had work on my house. Have a question, you get a straight answer, no double talk, just the answer. No question is too small. I needed to replace 2 aged out units. Chris was by and spent almost 2 hours checking on all aspects of the current system. I was presented multiple options and told why these were the options presented. At no time was there any pressure to buy. I was asked if I understood all the features and it was obvious Chris’ main concern was that I knew everything to make a decision, NOT to force me into making a decision. After my decision, their crew arrived at the scheduled time and started their work. They put down floor protection and kept me apprised of all work and progress. The crew was friendly, courteous, polite and respectful. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned in preparation for the next day, and at the end everything was left spotless. As I said simply the best contractor that has ever worked for me.
