We have used Heritage Heating & Cooling for over 10 years, and have been extremely satisfied with the level of care and service they have provided, in every instance. More than once they have helped us out extremely quickly, when we had an urgent need, with great customer service and fair pricing. Today we had a leak in our gas line feeding into the furnace (unrelated to the install), and within hours of when I discovered it, it was completely resolved. Our tech, Chase, did a fantastic job and walked me through everything after it was done.

Both heaters (upstairs and down) went out during Jan 2026 ice storm. Contacted Heritage as they installed a new system for us in May 2023 (did it next day after making the call when our AC died which was great!) Despite not being able to get service because of icy road conditions, Heritage maintained communications throughout and set up an appointment once they were able to make it out safely. Fixed both.
