I have been very impressed with every step of this process. I got a new heating system. It is a 2-step Trane. The estimate was handled with the utmost professionalism and researched recommendations by Grant. He was so thoughtful and kind, as well as informative and respectful. It was a joy doing business with Hendrix Heating because they think of all the details to make a seamless process. I waited only a few days from estimate to installation to inspection. Within a week I had my customer satisfaction, go over warranty , sign documents meeting to complete the project. I appreciated the dependability and work completion - all with above and beyond hand written thank you’s , and goody bag! I’d say this company dots their “i’s” and crosses their “t’s”! Don’t hesitate to give them your business.
