I cannot say enough about the Mechanical Heating & Cooling Company, from the initial consultation with Josh, all the way to the installation with Daniel, duct cleaning with Eric, and inspection with Keith, and the office assistants, everyone was absolutely professional, thorough, accommodating, friendly, helpful, and excellent at their jobs. Josh came out for a consultation and explained all of the changes with HVAC Systems and the ones we were considering in particular. We had gotten several quotes from other companies but what sealed the deal with Mechanical was their up front pricing and discounts, but most importantly the 10 year labor warranty vs. other’s 5 year labor warranty. Josh went out of his way and over and above to accommodate a personal request I asked for. I am extremely grateful to him for that! Once we had the installation, Daniel and Jason came out and they were very friendly, thorough, and took great care with regard to our home. Daniel took the time to explain everything and showed me how to do a few simple maintenance tasks in between the regular maintenance service work. The next day, Eric came out to clean the ducts and he was very personable and bonded with my cat! Kevin also came out to complete the final inspection and go over the thermostat with me. He was very thorough and the two of them worked together during both events to keeping everything flowing. I am thoroughly impressed with this company with its coordination, thoroughness, competency, and professionalism! It is hard to find all of these qualities in a company these days! Now for the unit we purchased…I had no idea what we were missing until this unit was installed! We got the Carrier Infinity series and I cannot believe how whisper quiet it is and in out townhouse style condo, none of the rooms were ever heated or cooled evenly. Once the new unit was turned on, every single corner of the house was the same temperature!!! That has never happened before!!! Unbelievable! The thermostat is also state of the art! Simply beautiful and is so easy to use! I am so extremely impressed and pleased with the entire experience and the Carrier product! I recommend this company with 10 stars and the product as well! I had a great experience with the staff at Mechanical Heating and Cooling. I began getting quotes for A/C system in the spring of 2025. I was not in need of a furnace at the time, so I postponed my decision until the fall when I needed a furnace replacement because my heat exchanger went bad. John Mifsud was my sales consultant, and he did an awesome job of designing a Furnace replacement with new installation of A/C system that suited my needs. My technicians Daniel Grafton and Brian Mustafa were my installers and did an amazing job while listening to my concerns. Daniel and Brian did a fantastic on my installation and gave me education on how to change my filter and operate my thermostat. All three were very patient, understanding, and professional with the planning of my HVAC units. All the information I received was very clear and no questions went unanswered. I was given my manuals for all the equipment which made the work not only professional but exceptional I really appreciate your hard work on my furnace installation in a prompt fashion the team was very successful. Thank you. I would highly recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling! John, who did the estimate, was very knowledgeable and very pleasant, answering all my questions in a reassuring manner. The time between the estimate until the install was very reasonable due to the fact that it was one of the hottest heat spells we have had so far this summer!!!! The technicians that came to the job, Dan G. and Bryan M., were extremely efficient and also very knowledgeable and easy to converse with about any questions that I had. Having to work in the extra warm weather no way compromised their work ethic which was very telling of their dedication to their jobs. They installed a new HVAC system, which was a very big install and their clean up after the install was very thorough and much appreciated!!! I can say, Thank You, for a “Job Well Done!!! 07/28/2025
