Meghan in Customer service is excellent. This was my first time using Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning. My air conditioning was not working during the high temperatures in May and they came right out. The HVAC workers were courteous, and polite and didn’t leave until my air condition unit was working. They even offered to take their boots off while coming into my home. I highly recommend.

He explained every detail necessary in replacing our furnace and handled everything for us. He showed up when he said he would and worked very hard to complete the job within the same day. Courteous and caring staff for me as a new customer. I think it was Megan who answered the phone. I told her I had an emergency as my heating system was down. She said she’d call the technician about his availability. She called back and said Malik could come between 2 and 4 pm. He called me around 2 pm to confirm I was home and said he would be here in half an hour. Malik is courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He checked out the heating system and got it working again. Getting a company here on short notice that I had not used before was a home run. The fact that the office staff and Malik are professional and caring will guarantee I use Mechanical HVAC in the future and highly recommend them to others!
