I originally called Haxx Heating, Air & Electrical because my GE Monogram refrigerator suddenly stopped working. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, and clearly explained what had failed. Later the same day he returned with the correct part and fixed the refrigerator. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. As he was leaving, he mentioned that their company also does electrical and HVAC work. I told him that the lights in my living room had been flickering for a while and asked if he could take a quick look. Instead of brushing it off, he immediately went to the main panel, asked a few questions, and then checked my subpanel in the garage. That’s when he noticed something concerning with my EV charger installation. Apparently the charger had been installed by an electrician that Audi recommended when I purchased my car, but unfortunately that person was not licensed. The technician from Haxx immediately pointed out multiple violations of the National Electrical Code and explained that the wiring was overheating and could potentially become a fire hazard. Seeing that was honestly pretty scary. What impressed me the most is how they handled the situation. They didn’t just patch it or do a temporary fix. They offered to redo the installation the correct way, pulled the proper permit, and installed the EV charger safely and professionally. The city inspection passed without any issues. You can even see in the photos how they first sketched out a small blueprint of how the wiring would run before starting the work. The final installation looks clean and professionally done. I’m extremely happy with the result. Not only did they fix my refrigerator, but they also corrected a dangerous electrical issue that I didn’t even know existed. Because of how professional they were, I’ve already scheduled an HVAC maintenance appointment with them. I’m very confident I won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend Haxx Heating, Air & Electrical.
