My husband and I recently ate at the Food Court at Queen’s Marketplace at Waikoloa Village and observed one of your employees, Mary, doing an amazing job! Mary cleaned tables and chairs thoroughly, picked things up off the floor, cleaned doors and counters and had a great attitude while doing it. We told her we noticed what a good job she was doing and she made it a point to introduce herself to us and shake our hands. Mary is a gem and represents HBM exceptionally well.
