Hart Plumbing,Heating and air-conditioning

We had a pipe fitting break on an old polybutylene pipe. I attempted to fix the issue my self using shark bites fitting not realizing there were different types. Also tried the old crimp and squeeze copper collars. Spent 3 hours trying to do this 5-8 degrees. I gave up and attempted to call a plumber at now 6pm on a Friday evening. Hart plumbing was able to rescue us the next morning. They sent Isaac out and in no time he had the issue fixed. He was extremely polite, discussed with me what his game plan was, and fixed the issue correctly in 20 minutes or less. I could not have been happier. He told us office would send us the bill as we never discussed what it was going to cost. Heck we didn’t even get billed for like 2 weeks. The price was right in line with what I would have expected to pay for a Saturday service call. I can truly say this was an excellent experience all the way around. They have definitely earned my business for future calls. Great job Isaac. I would say you are a true asset to Kevin and your team.

Hart Plumbing and Heating is one of the best companies out there. Incredibly responsive and very professional. My heat went out in the evening and they came over within couple hours and fixed the issue. Kevin Hart (the owner) goes out of his way to make sure customer is satisfied. His supporting staff is great in coordinating all their needs. Highly recommended if you need quality work.

Best of the best had 5 others both for plumbing and heating, Hart always the lowest and no pressure, others try to sell you everything not needed. Hart did the main drain in basement and having already replaced to the street (Ellis) and upgrades in the bath, the remaining sections easy to access and not involved. Dover this Tues to examine mine 1 of 7 thousand homes for lead pipe if present with Federal funds to help homeowners. Hart can do the replacement if needed-already new meter, copper shutoff ball valve. Older homes vent through one pipe to roof. Maintained York h/e furnace-had inducer done once and so it keeps on as it should, 93 % efficient Natural gas. Service man polite enough to park first next door but when asked moved to in front of mine. Neighbors fussy, me too. Most businesses ask for payment when serviced and I offered to.
