Tyson helped me with my aging 30 year old furnace retrofit that required a complicated design because of the limited space. Not only did he do great workmanship, he was also very fair with his billing. Despite some unexpected complications with some old gas and plumbing pipes, he helped fix everything properly and he worked late into the night to finish the job because the temperatures of the house were going to be freezing the next day. I would continue recommending him to friend's and coworkers because he really cares about the outcomes, and I always get good feedback after he helps. Him time is very valuable. Thank you Tyson.

To say that Tyson is committed to keeping his customers happy is an understatement. Harmony HVAC is clearly a customer service-based business – nothing was transactional about my experience whatsoever. Yesterday my AC unit went down, during an unforgivable heatwave, I was hosting family members, including 2 children under 4 and a pregnant daughter, from Vancouver and felt awful that they would be experiencing the full Okanagan heat from the living room couch. Tyson was the only professional that offered to help. Every other service I called was not able to fit us in until the end of the following week. When Tyson gave me his word that he would stop by after his scheduled work day, I had reservations that he would follow through as promised. However, Tyson reassured me with consistent communication throughout the day, and asked if a late night call was okay with me. His commitment and follow through completely restored my faith in great customer service. Tyson arrived around 10 pm after a full working day and provided full service of the AC unit, upgraded the components, topped up the coolant and stayed long enough to make sure it was operational. Before he left, the temperature had already dropped 2 degrees and cooled to the set temperature by the morning. After a great night's sleep, we can now rest easy knowing that our vacation rental will have fully operational AC for the next visitors planning their summer Okanagan getaway. I would highly recommend Tyson for any HVAC related services and appreciate his dedication to providing an excellent customer experience.
