Really happy with Hardy Heating. The whole process was easy and the service was smooth from start to finish. Our technician, Dominic, was awesome- on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time checking everything, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was working before he left. You can tell he cares about doing the job right. He also explained to me about how to maintain my heating system to keep it running well. I’d definitely recommend Hardy Heating, especially if you get Dominic.

Amazing people! We had just moved into out home and we had an after hours emergency for no heat only a day and half in. From the moment we called, they were polite, prompt in getting here, and do a thorough check of the system to make sure everything was back up and running. Had a bad backflow prevention valve. Even followed up about two days later to make sure we were doing okay before fully closing the ticket. We appreciated them very much.

We had to contact them during emergency. They were quick to help. They were very supportive, efficient, and responsive. Very responsible and took helping to a new level. Achievement unlocked! Thank you!
