Overall, the staff are pretty rude. I've had only a handful of good experiences with the customer service. One of the times I was trying to get replacement screws for my license plate and the first person I spoke to couldn't understand what I was asking for no matter how many times I tried to explain it. Then someone who I think was in management gave me the wrong screws. Had to come back in 5 mins later and return them. Then I was trying to ask if they could have someone else help me find the correct ones and all the guy did was continuously talk over me and repeat what aisle the screws were in. I had to walk to the other side of the store to find help.

These 4 stars go to Glenn at the propane filing station. Got to the Kailua store at 5:01 pm. They said it was closed - “tough luck.” I went out to Glenn at the station and he filled the tank. That means a lot. Even going back in the store trying to exit it was rude. Thank you Glenn!

I have always had excellent customer service interactions here. Note: you can get duplicate keys & fobs cut here, locksmith service. I didn't see the service listed but they offer it at customer service counter, and it's very affordable.
