As an update; I reached out to this company and their contractor they sent out and have either gotten no response or was told someone would come to fix twice without them actually showing up. I am going to have to report complaints to the city as I was completely scammed by this company. The contractors that this service sent out were friendly and got the job done extremely quickly! We were happy despite the room being left very dirty with debris all over. Two days after the work was done our baseboards are falling off the walls. We have tried to fix with nails and I’m not sure what the contractor did but they did not install them properly at all. Horrible work I wouldn’t recommend.
