They handled the installation of our new AC and furnace and did an amazing job from start to finish. Steve, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the crew was pleasant to work with. 10/10 recommend to anyone in Northern Colorado. From our very first interaction on the phone to the final walkthrough, Halo Heating and Air's level of service was truly exceptional. Their level of integrity, expertise, responsiveness, and pride in their workmanship sets the standard for what service should be! Our entire experience working with Steve (the owner and lead technician) and his team (Drew and Chernet) exceeded our expectations in every way. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction, never once using pushy sales tactics. They even credited us with any rebates that we qualified for up front and saved us from a lot of paperwork and waiting to get refunded. What truly impressed us was the company’s integrity and commitment to their word. Over the weekend, Steve proactively called to let us know there might be an availability issue with one of the units. Instead of pushing the installation date or offering excuses, they told us they would work directly with the manufacture or even cover the cost of an upgraded unit themselves, so they could honor the original installation date they promised. That level of honesty, accountability, and customer care is rare. On the day of the installation, the team called us to give us an ETA. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, kept the work area spotless, and even made sure to close all doors and gates so our dog could still use the yard and not get loose. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism and respect for us and our home. Most importantly, the unit that Steve suggested was exactly what we needed.
