Grove Heating & Cooling

Grove Heating and Air has always been a fair and reasonable HVAC company. Our heat went out due to a defective part on our furnace. Grove technicians were dispatched the same day and they brought portable electric heaters to keep our house warm. The part was expedited out of Texas and the repair happened as soon as the part came in. Derrick our technician, was professional, answered all questions and ensured the furnace was operating correctly. If you want a professional, reliable, reasonably priced HVAC company, then Grove Heating and Air is the company for you. Highly recommended and they will always be our HVAC company.

Called Monday night, Dave came out. Pretty sure he blew my mother board by putting in a tester fuse, but can’t prove it, all I can say is that the Board was fine, he put a new fuse in and then a strong electric smell happened, I ask him what is that?!?! He said he wasn’t sure. Not filling me with confidence. When I called you for help, all that was happening was the gas wasn’t igniting. So there’s that, that’s how I feel. So Tuesday the parts are ordered. I called pretty much every day to check on progress. I realize it was two to three “working” days but I was hopeful. I got upset, said some awful things to the poor girl that handled my call, I had to call her back and apologize, she handled me with professionalism and should be given a bonus for putting up with me. Friday I call. Third day right? Well it seems they got the part in but didn’t let anybody know, so you can guess what happened, Monday before I can have heat. My husband and father passed this year..I lied to Dave, telling him my husband was asleep, anyway so everyone is coming to my house to help me get though this… they started coming in over the weekend.. I’m wreaked. So Monday is here, Arrow did an outstanding job, I have heat.. it took a whole week. Man.. good think I have a fireplace. So how do I feel? Well I think someone dropped the ball Friday, can any of this be fixed? No.. do I have heat.. yes, so job is done. Thank you to the employees that went through this with me, JP, I’m sorry I cried when you told me it would be Monday before the repair, you did great getting through to me!

I called Grove due to the multiple neighbors who recommended them for hvac services. Someone was at my door 1 hour and 20 mins from my call. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. By the next day my issue was completely resolved. We will definitely use and recommend Grove for any future HVAC needs.
