I spoke with the lovely receptionist, who was wonderful and scheduled service technicians to arrive the very next day. Eduardo and Julian arrived within the provided time window. In addition to fixing the broken pipe, I requested assistance with rerouting the plumbing for a new bathtub. They provided an instant estimate and completed all the work the same day. I recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain because we referred to them by Menards. We selected Gopher Sewer and Drain because they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau of MN. They responded to my email the next day, gave us a free estimate over the phone and had a plumber come to our house that same day to check to see if the the toilets we had selected online at Menards would fit our bathroom spaces. We had our plumber/sales associate pick up and deliver our toilets so they could be delivered inside our house which was not offered by Menards. Our plumber/sales associate was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and experienced in installing toilets. Our plumber worked diligently to build our trust and confidence in his ability to help us reach our goal of having two new toilets installed. I would recommend Gopher Sewer and Drain to a friend.
